Welcome to Personal Pilates. We are a fully equipped studio instructing both Private and Semi-Private equipment classes on the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Arm Chair, Spine Corrector and Tower. We also offer a variety of daily mat classes in a separate Mat room.

NEW CLIENTS:
To get started clients must schedule a 55 minute Initial Consultation. The meeting includes a Body Alignment Assessment, Measurements, Discussion of Personal Fitness Goals, Use of Neutral Pelvis Stabilizer, and an introduction to the Reformer to engage core muscles.

After this first meet and greet, clients can choose to sign up for equipment classes only. However, if clients would like to attend pilates mat classes offered as well, attendance is required in Principals of Pilates. These five introductory classes, each 55 minutes, introduce 32 Basic Mat Exercises focusing on core stabilization, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Having done the Initial Consultation and the Principals of Pilates, clients can schedule equipment classes and attend all mat classes for FREE; or partake strictly in the mat room.

ABOUT US:
Personal Pilates employs Certified Pilates Instructors with extensive certifications and experience, offering equipment and Mat Room Sessions. Our studio also extends to our clients: Childcare, Cardio Equipment, Shower and Locker facilities.

We help clients design a program that fits their individual needs, schedule and budget. We then educate our clients beginning with Principles of Pilates mat room training or intoductory reformer instruction.

At Personal Pilates we do not have any contracts, only a commitment to you, our client.
